Fix My Resume analyzes text from an English PDF resume. The service suggests supported text improvements to selected fragments of the source resume. After a one-time purchase, it applies the safe supported improvements and generates one final PDF. It is not a resume-writing or recruiting service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

User content

You may upload only a resume that you own or are authorized to use. You retain your rights to the resume and other content you submit. By uploading it, you give Fix My Resume permission to process that content as needed to provide the service and fulfill your order. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of the content you submit and for reviewing the output before using it.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.

Intellectual property

Your resume and other submitted content remain yours or your rights holder's. Fix My Resume and its licensors retain their rights to the service, including its software, design and branding. Using the service does not transfer ownership of either your content or the service.

AI-generated output

The service uses automated and AI-assisted processing. Suggestions and generated results may contain errors or may not fit every application. You are responsible for checking the final resume for accuracy and suitability before using it.

No employment guarantee

Fix My Resume does not provide human recruiting advice and does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, ATS outcomes or any other hiring result.

Payments and refunds

The advertised price is $4.99 as a one-time payment. No subscription or recurring charge is offered. Polar acts as Merchant of Record, and purchases through its checkout are subject to Polar's Checkout Buyer Terms. Fix My Resume receives the order information needed to confirm your purchase and provide the result; full card details are handled by Polar's payment processors. Refund requests and applicable consumer rights are described in the Refund Policy.

Service availability

We may change, pause or discontinue the service where reasonably necessary to operate, secure or improve it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fix My Resume is provided without a promise that it will always be available or error-free.
