Fix My Resume is offered as a $4.99 one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Polar acts as Merchant of Record and handles checkout, payments through its payment processors, and transaction refunds. For help with your result or a refund request, contact us at support@tryfixmyresume.com. For payment or transaction support, you can also contact Polar at support@polar.sh. Approved refunds are processed through Polar.

Refund requests are reviewed in accordance with Polar's Checkout Buyer Terms, applicable consumer-protection law and payment network rules. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights provided by applicable law. Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund; eligibility depends on the circumstances of the purchase and the rights that apply.
